Below are our most frequently asked questions & the answers to them.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we currently ship anywhere in the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, etc..) & Europe for free!

Is the packaging discreet?

Our packaging is plain for the most part & it does not indicate what is inside, however, it does say Peachy on the shipping label, but hey there is no need to be embarrassed, be proud that you are ok with sexuality, confidence is sexy 😉

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with PayPal using your PayPal account or card if you are in the USA. Amazon Pay (uses your Amazon account) can also be used for USA based customers & everyone else.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your items will be sent after fulfillment which is usually within 3 business days. After fulfillment, whatever shipping option you choose will be the days in which you may expect delivery, usually products are delivered before estimated delivery. The average time for an order to arrive after purchase is 5-7 business days, so please be wary when ordering for a special day.

I forgot to use my coupon!

This is very common, you’re so excited to place that order that you complete the purchase & forgot to use your code, well the good news is you can still use it for your next order!

Can I modify or change my order?

While we don’t usually cancel orders after they are placed, you can send a support ticket & we can try our best to modify your order. (Must be done ASAP)

Make sure you revise your order before you finalize the purchase!

How do I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. You can then track it using our Order Tracking System.

My order says delivered but I didn't receive it!

Sorry to hear that. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office (if applicable).

We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

Some tips for the future:

  • Install security cameras, package thefts are on the rise as online shopping grows.
  • If you will be away on the day delivery is expected, have someone you know be on the lookout for it.
